That device has been end of life since 2010 and the device shipped with Android 2.2.
There is no firmware update for this model. You will have to get another tablet.

Really? That's sucks, the tablet is in excellent condition considering how old it is. I didn't want to have to just junk it but it is what it is i guess. I do appreciate you taking the time to answer my question, thank you.

I have one too,2 years ago google play stopped working.Needs a browser update it says.Nice tablet but no updates.
