The J700 J7 came out in 2015. There are a few versions
The J710 J7 came out in 2016. There are several versions.
2017 saw several versions of the J7 Neo, J7 Prime, and J7 Pro. With the exact model number it would be easier to find the correct parts. Example: G610F J7 Prime. Example: J701M J7 Neo.

This part looks very common among several Samsung models. This type of mic is a standard as a screw, so it really could be found in just about any brand of phone on multiple models.
If you are looking for a quick fix, visit a local repair shop known for micro-soldering. They may have a compatible mic on hand that is labeled for a different model, yet matched you J700T part perfectly.
You can find this part on Ali Express if you just search Samsung J700 Microphone. Word to the wise: a lot of vendors are selling dirt cheap because they are selling high-defect rate trash. Were I ordering this for myself, I would buy 5 pieces, expecting 4 to be bad and one to actually work.
