Can I program a printer to print a blank page every five minutes? USB?

hello

i would like to program a printer to automatically print a blank page every 5 minutes. Is it possible to write some program on a USB and just plug it in?

Does anyone know? I would really appreciate some help with this, in case someone might have any slightest idea whether it is possible. Would it work on any printer or some particular kind? Could I leave the usb in and turn it off and for it to do the same again when I turn it back on?
