cannot get the volume to work

I have a vizo t.v. and sound bar i cannot get the volume to work no volume from the t.v. or the sound bar help. The surround bar needs 2 be connect thanks will you send some one out for the services of. The surround bar reconnection thanks

Ronnie Hughes what model TV? What model sound bar? What have you checked? Have you tried the TV without sound bar?
