I can plug my charger in and my lap top will work but my battery will not charge. Even if it is plugged in all day it will still register 0% charged. What can I do to fix this problem? Someone suggested it was the battery connector? Can this be replaced with out going to apple? Please advise

Download this great app: CoconutBattery it will allow you to see what the status of your battery, MagSafe charger and the power logic on your system board. With the MagSafe connected take a screenshot of the main window and paste it here for us to see.

You could start by resetting the PRAM and SMC:

Have you tried a different charger to eliminate that? Was your battery giving you problems prior in terms of a fast drain or slow charge or not charging to 100%? It 'could' be the battery but I think probably not.
