How do I remove the icloud from iPhone 6s plus?

I just recently purchased an iPhone from someone who forgot their password. I verified with apple but they are not able to help. Can anyone help me.

Mac Juarez there is no way to fix this. Unless you have the original owners email and password, there is nothing you can do. See if you can get your money back from the person you bought it from . If not you will definitely be out of that money.
