im not getting any internet access in my hp laptop.

It says its a proxy server error. All of the other devices connected to the same network has internet acess except for this laptop. The model number is 7265NGW. Sometimes the internet is accessible on the laptop using a command prompt action I sought out from other sources of information but only for a while. I cannot access proxy server settings also. Troubleshooting only identifies the problem but cant fix it. Please help.my device is running on Windows 10(built in). Also tried resettig the router- no good in that.
