How do I change my ringtone on a 5.5 Blu advanced I already have them downloaded

Settings --> Sounds and Notifications.
There should be a ringtone section.

There isnt. I have a BLU C6 2019, So when I go to settings there is an option called SOUND and VIBRATION. When you tap on that you have only the following choices:
General, silent,and vibtation, and thats only to chose one of those three and nothing happens, it just fills in a circle. NO ringtones anywhere.
