Why will my Liberty not start after running out of gas?

Liberty ran out of gas. Added gas and will not start. Put in new fuel pump, changed plugs, checked compression, checked coil, checked ASD relay and unplugged compressor. The plugs helped a little and it tries to start but it will not. Check engine light blinks 10 times when you turn the key on. Manifold absolute pressure or barometric pressure circuit high. Po 108 code. Random multiple misfire. Po 300 code Please help.

Since you have tried everything else, I would try your crank angle sensor.
