Broke SMD Capacitor (and lost it) and need vol.ic detector

Hi, while ago usb cable burned charging port, i replaced connector and it kinda worked,took 6 hours to charge and usb wasn't detected, ordered new daughterboard, replaced but still same result, i did research and found out that it was IC-VOL. DETECTOR's fault (sec code: 1203-008487. design loc: U8010)

looked up and found kinda simmilar chips on ebay and samsungparts but not sure if it's the one i need

but there's another problem

there are some protective metals above chip, i tried to take them off to see name clearly and... i accidently broke of one of capacitors: 9801C

can anyone tell me what capacitor it was? if it's even capacitor.

if i can't find these 2 parts my phone's basically dead XD

Sinnerman the part you broke off is actually C1089 make sure that you look at the schematic the proper way otherwise you may end up getting the wrong part. 2203-007796 is the Samsung number and it is a 1000NF (1UF) 20% 10V X5R, in a 0603 package. Not sure about the ebay seller so you should contact them and give them the Samsung number and have them tell you that it is the right part. The part by Samsung part number is available at places like this and even on here. It is also available at places like Mouser.com with exact specs but for a whole lot less money.

For the capacitor, 1000NF is an non-standard way to spec a capacitor and not every supplier will list it as such. It is the same thing as a 1uF (or 1MF) so that may help the OP in locating it. This can also be found on sites such as DigiKey and Mouser.

@refectio you are of course absolutely right. that is what happens when one uses Samsungs untranslated parts lists and uses online translation services ;-)
