Pro 4 dead in South Africa

Hi All , i have a surface pro 4 that wont power up ! Have been online and followed hard reset procedures but nothing . The only time i get any response is by holding power and volume up button for 15 secs , screen lights up for a few secs and then blank .. Purchased in the USA .

Don't know if you've seen this. If you have and it didn't help, apologies.

Scroll down to the bottom to view the recovery USB procedure for a Surface Pro 4. It mentions using the Volume Down key and the Power key.
