How can I fix screen possession?
The touchscreen keeps registering taps and drags even when not touching it, it's almost unusable...

Hi,
It seems as though the digitizer (touchscreen) is faulty.
Unfortunately the digitizer is part of the display assembly and cannot be replaced separately.
Here is a link to the service manual for your tablet. Scroll to p.61 to view the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedure to remove the display assembly.
On p.30 item #2 you will find the part number (5D68C02838) for the display assembly
If you search online using the part number only in the search box, you will get results for suppliers of the part.
It isn't cheap!
