The wireless network adapter is'int working properly, it connects to WiFi but when I try go on the internet in my browser it works intermittently, if I reset it works again but sometimes I have to reset every time I load a web page and sometimes only once every hour.
Is this a good question?

You can replace it, but more likely your problem can be solved either by changing drivers for the wireless card, or, possibly, by seeing if there's a BIOS update to deal with cooling issues.
Have you gone to support.asus.com and looked for BIOS & driver updates for your model?

Apart from updating driver sometime a lose antennas contact also does the same thing. So after opening you can first make sure that both antenna wires are properly connected with WiFi card or not.
