You're going to want to use a soft bristle toothbrush and try and get it out. Another option is a toothpick but be gentle so as to not damage anything. And who knows how long it will take, but be patient take your time and just work on cleaning it out. Why were you pressing glue on it in the first place?

Hi mate

Thanks for the quick reply .

To be honest, I just wanted to remove the debris stuck onto the speaker mesh. And stupidly I pressed a wee bit too hard onto the speakers with the bluetack.

Mate, should I let that bluetack stuck in; to dry out and then use the bristle ? Or should I try to scrape it off right now ? Since it’s still goey around in the edges of the speaker mesh.

Your input is highly appreciated . Cheers

Sorry for the late reply. But in all honesty I’ve never encountered such a sticky situation (pun intended) but yeah remove as much of the goey portion as you can, and whatever is left when it is dry attempt to brush out. When removing the goo ensure you don’t push it into the mesh further.

Maybe try a little hot glue. You'll never get it out with no bristle brush.
