Clock not keeping correct time.

I have a Blu Vivo 8 running Android 7.0. I've had it for two weeks.

The clock in the status bar is correct. However, the one in the drop down menu from above doesen't always show the correct time. Because of this, my alarms don't go off at the right time.

I have tried:

1) Rebooting--hard and soft

2) Switching off Automatic Date and Time

3) Turning off Battery Optimization for the clock app.

I have the most recent updates

The Vivo 8 is replacing a Blu R1 HD that had the same problem.

Any ideas on what I can do to fix this? Thanks.
