phone stuck in recovery Mode

Good evening please I have an iphone 6 that does not turn on since yesterday; it is stuck in recovery mode. When I try to flash it with 3Utool it says "INVALID SERIEAL NUMBER" and with itunes it shows the 3600 error.

I tried everything but without success! If anyone can help me

The INVALID SERIAL NUMBER error is usually associated with a NAND issue. This could be caused by a data corruption in the NAND or it could be physical damage to the soldered connections or even the NAND itself.

It may be repairable by someone who has a NAND programmer but this would require a micro-soldering repair.
