Panasonic TH-42PX70B

I have a Panasonic 42" TV, just went down with 7 blinking light, on investigating found that the bottom Y buffer board was shorted, so bought/replaced top and bottom y board, the TV now comes on but in clusters of blue pixels, ie Panasonic logo looks like UV-blue led meter bar. Pls. help
