Hey everyone, i need some help.
i got a projector at a thrift store for $5. it works good, but it has a dark spot/shadow on the left side of the screen. How could i fix it? i already tried cleaning it out. thanks!
(btw, the dots in the middle of the screen are decorations on the wall :))

Full disclosure...I'm not a projector expert :>).
However this looks like there is some kind of misalignment between the projector lamp and the LCD, causing the shadows. I would open it up and take a look...be careful as those lamps are super bright and get very hot.

i tried, everything looked right. however, i didnt have a working one to compare it to so it could be completely off haha. also i already looked right into the bulb like 5 times already, me being stupid.

I have the exact same issue, mine was stored for 15 years and on power saw this, is there a guide on how to realign the LCD/DLP and lamp?
