yellow light on and after long time red light is blinking

Hi I have Panasonic 21inch TV with woofer my problem is my TV is continually yellow light on and after long time red light is blinking but TV is still off please advise solution this problem thanks

RAO NAEEM AKBAR what is the exact model of your TV? Is there any pattern to the red light blinking? Does it blink all the time? What have you checked?
