Would a 2003 chevy super sport transmission fit on a 2000 escalade?
I have them here side by side and they look identical exactly the same I just swapped the transfer case
Is this a good question?

while all connections , mechanical and electrical might be the same, you would still probably need to get the ECM reprogramed for the new tranny

I'll find out in a bit cause I just installed it and all but haven't tried it out, I'm still installing the drive shafts, torsion bars etc. I'm hoping I don't have to reprogram the ECM. Tell u the truth I did not even know u would have to do that. But incase I do, where would I be able to do that at?
^!*! it, I just installed the silverado trans I mentioned in my question and now when I try to shift gear it won't grab any gear at all! Does anyone know WHAT COULD BE WRONG? Also if this helps my buddy did an OBD test and it gave a
1:shift solenoid "A" & "B" electrical
2:shift timing solenoid
3:torque converter clutch circuit/open
