new screen but still black

My thrusty galaxy a3 2016 fell off the stairs about 18feet in three hops, the screen went black/dead. there was a couple off bleu lines barely visible when turning the screen on. So ive ordered a new screen and replaced it myself, im pretty handy and it was pretty easy. now put it all back together and geus what , turning the phone on it vibrates like it does but no sound of starting up.

what to do, must be something else broken

tried hard reset and such, connecting to pc asks for permission on phone. cannot turn on debugging tom get all my data off.

what can be broken, maybe still worth to fix, bought a original samsung screen btw
