How to make flickering pink horizontal lines on my screen go away?

Started a month ago, flickering pink horizontal lines would show up on my screen. Please tell me how to fix it. Thank you so much!

What happens when you use an external monitor, is the image clean on it?

If it is then the display is bad if not then the GPU needs attention.
