A vertical Area with no touch response

Hello..

I have a Vertical area with no touch response,

Like the vertical area containing Character "U" , I can't type "U" or number"7"

I've tried to reconnect the Display several times but the problem remains,

Any ideas?

You probably have a defective digitizer. Did the issue come up after a drop, impact or repair?

Actually the issue appeared after many impact and the Vertical area with much wider however, When I tried to disconnect and reconnect again the display, It got narrower ,

If you dropped the phone many times then it's aparrant the screen is getting damaged from that.
