Samsung galaxy tab 2 10.1 wifi

I go to turn on my WiFi on my Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 and it acts like it's going to turn on but it won't if there's anybody out there that has experienced the same problem please comment and let me know how to fix the problem because I have replaced the WiFi antenna and it still will not turn on
