Loosing files! Can't find them within Serato Scratch live

Question for everyone.

I had the 1 TB installed into my MacBook Pro 15" mid 2015 model. I'm a DJ and I use Serato Scratch live format.

I dragged all of my music folders from my external onto the new internal drive. But when I start the program, most of my music is gone and are not staying put.

Please! Any help would be appreciated!

Are you not suppose to be importing the files through the program? Rather than copying them across physically. Like how you're import them into the iTunes library.

The files are 1st imported onto the H.D. afterwards when the program has been engaged, a pathway is generated by importing the files from the internal onto the CRATES within the program.
