Phone stuck with some kind of Andriod Recovery message

Touch screen not working and the power button not working correctly. My screen is black and on top in yellow says Andriod Recovery, then uner it says ZTE/P895T29_MPCS/urd, next line, 6.0.1/MB29M/20170105.004521. next line, user/ release-keys next line, Use volume up/down and power. Then after that under it it's blue writing and says, Reboot system now. Next line, Apply update from ADB. next line, Apply update from SD card. Next line, wipe data/factory reset, next line, wipe cache partition, next line, view recovery logs, next line power off. Then on bottom left corner of phone in white it reads Supported API: 3

I can't choose any option since nothing is working. Please help!

I had the exact same problem as you. I was trying to reboot my phone and then everything that you described came up on my screen. I'd never seen that before. NOTHING would work, the phone wouldn't even turn off. I selected "wipe the cache partition", but that didn't help. I selected "Apply update from ADP". Then it asked what update I wanted to apply. I didn't have anything to chose and no button would work, up/down volume or power. It was stuck. Since I didn't have anything to select, I just held the power button down for about 20 seconds and FINALLY my phone restarted successfully. Thank God all my pictures and contacts were still there!

Hope this works for you.

Do you have the ZTE ZMax Pro also Jeanne?

If so, try what I did. Don't let them sell you a new phone. I, myself, was not in the market for a new phone at this time, so I tried everything, until I did what I advised above and then it started working as normal again.
