How do I get sour cream out of my audio and charging holes

So i was eating some quesadillas and i had sour cream in front of me so my sister came up to me, scared me with my phone in hand and i dropped my phone in sour cream and cant get the sour cream out of my audio jack. Its embarrassing but true.

Options

1) make sure the whole thing is powered off completely

2) wrap a toothpick with light paper napkins or tissue paper

3) put it in the ports and clean them

4) repeat only in the final round lightly moisten paper with rubbing alcohol

5) LET DRY COMPLETELY
