6s in boot loop after screen replacement

Having a weird problem. Replaced the screen on a 6s last night. At first, the phone powered up and would work fine, however every 1-3 minutes, it would randomly restart.

Took the screen apart, check connections and looked for damage, all appeared ok (no LSD, flex cables ok, ive been fixing screens for a while). Put it back together, then, the screen turned on, worked fine (no restarting), however the touch functions would not work.

Took it apart one more time, checked everything once again, put it back together. Now, the phone goes into bootloop for about 5 minutes. After bootloop, the screen remains lit, however no apple logo.

Do you think i have a serious problem going on, or just a trash screen? Front camera, home button were transferred from the old phone, screen was a knock off from amazon. Also not that I think it matters, but my friend purchased a white screen although it was a black device, so it still has the black home button.

Any help would be great!

Got exactly the same issue. Did you fix it?

I would suspect the replacement screen to start. Try installing the original, cracked screen to see if that works properly. If it does, then you have a dud replacement screen. The colour of the screen has no impact.

Meant to say, couldn’t really try the original screen again, it had been dropped and shattered numerous times, pieces missing. However, when I receive the phone even with all of the issues on the screen it still work properly
