How do I change the power steering belt on a 1997 Nissan

I need some instruction in the replacement of the power steering belt on my 1997 Nissan pickup. The truck runs a Ka24e 4cyl engine. Also, there is empty bolt hole in the front of the engine block. It's located right behind the belt shield that sits on r/h side of motor, just up from the idler pulley for the p/s belt. The space between the shield and the block is narrow, I thought maybe some kind of vibration dampner.
