My screen is black. Still works just can't see the screen?
It still lights up across the bottom and the top, sound still works, still vibrates.

If the lcd is not broken it might be disconnected. If you haven’t done this before I would take it to a local Repair Shop. The lcd could also be defective. Good luck

Usually I think the LCD is faulty but you may be right on this model as it appears the LCD ribbon cables can get disconnected on this model.
It's hard to remove the screen without damaging it unfortunately.
