My panasonic TX-48CX400B Tv has no picture

I have recently purchased a tv for repairs, was told there was no picture just sound. Got home plug had been cut off so wired a new plug on turned it on led blinks maybe 15 times screen very lightly flashes on ether 11 blink

Can you add a video? and confirm how many blinks you are getting?

I'm having the same issue the light flashes 15 times and then the light goes off, on the 13th flash the screen flashes slightly. I know the tv is turned on as I have a sound bar connected and can hear sound just no picture. Did you manage to fix yours?
