Keeps saying jammed tape but the tape isn't jammed. Just bought this.

I try to print a label and it gives me the error for label jam. Removed the tape, pulled it up a little, made sure there's no obstructions and still no luck.

If you just purchased it, exchange it for a working one.

Product defects happen, even in newly purchased items.
