You'll want the iPad Air 2 teardown page, as replacing the rear case is literally a complete disassembly. Not for the weak of heart; good luck.

where is the shopping page of rear case for ipad air2?
Ebay will probably be your best bet here. A quick search there brought up a couple of likely candidates for about $50.
