Had track pad replaced. Needs to be tightened up. I need to take out battery but don't have correct tool. mid-2009 Macbook Pro Unibody 253GHz. One screw is stripped, managed to get it out. I want to replace it. Can I get these screws and the correct driver for them?

You're probably referring to the "pentalobe" screws and accompanying screwdriver. iFixit (and other places) sells the screwdriver and the screws.
P5 Pentalobe Screwdriver Retina MacBook Pro and Air
(Note that it's probably more cost-effective to get a screwdriver set than just this one screwdriver.)
