Hub will not engage?
Not sure if I need to replace the hubs or re grease them?
Anyone know? It sat in muddy water for a day so I am thinking it has dries the springs out?

What hubs do you have? I would just clean and re-grease them. The day in the muddy water should not have damaged the hubs to the point that you have to replace them.
