I dropped my IPhone 6 cracked the screen and had it replaced.Now it randomly changes on any app I go to

Are you referring to "ghost touching", i.e. the touchscreen seems to have a mind of it's own?
It sounds like the replacement screen is defective. If you had it done in a shop, then you should go back and have them take care of it under warranty. If you replaced it yourself, then double check with your vendor to see if they offer a warranty on it.
