Why does my phone keep saying,unfortunetely,the process com. Android.p

See if the error comes up in Safe Mode:

•From the Home screen, press and hold the Power button.

•Press and hold Power off on the screen.

•To reboot into safe mode, tap Ok. The phone will now reboot into safe mode.

If the message does not come up, that means you need to figure out which app you installed is causing this.

Uninstall apps that are causing a problem.

Alternative is you can try both a reset cache or a factory reset. If you do a factory reset, backup your data first.

•Start by turning off the phone

•Then press and hold Volume Up and Power key.

•Release held keys when the Android Robot appears on the screen.

Use the volume keys to navigate the menu, then power button to select.
