Screen overlay authentication problem.

So I downloaded some apps. But can't use any of them. When I open an app, it asks for several permissions, and when I press "Allow", it doesn't allow it, instead asks me to turn off Screen Overlay in the app settings. It then brings me to the "Draw over other apps" screen, but I can't find the app itself in it. So basically, the phone is useless now, with no running apps working, including Google.
