will my iBook turn on without a ram?
i have a ibook g4 i got from my friend who told me it was broken. i looked under the keyboard and their is no ram chip.

Accord to which model you have, it has 128, 256 or 512 megs of built in logic board RAM. Please give the last three letters of your serial number for identification. Please describe what it will do and what sounds and lights it has when trying to start up.
