Get past Samsung account as in, the screen where u have to input samsung accounts' email and address?

Yep, he has Samsung Account Lock, which I'm pretty sure can be bypassed fairly easily.

I haven't done Samsung Account Locks yet but have done Google Account Locks.

I assume they are done using the same methods.
