Compatibility with Phonak TVlinkII

I have a Phonak TVlinkII for my hearing aids. It is a Bluetooth transmitter. It worked on my Sanyo TV then one it just doesn't work anymore. Why?

Hi @wheelsfly ,

With the TV on is there a solidy orange light showing on the TV Link II basestation, on the selected input from the TV, i.e. fibre optic link, RCA link or 3.5mm plug ?

Is the basestation paired with the streamer OK (solid blue lights)?
