im not sure about this specific model, but for a generic humidifier, vinegar works.

Pour a generous amount of undiluted white vinegar in to the base of your cool mist humidifier and let sit for 30 minutes. Then remove any residue or build-up by gently scrubbing with the soft bristle brush. Rinse thoroughly. Gently spot clean any remaining pieces and thoroughly rinse the tank, filter, and base.

I may not have provided the complete question. I need to remove the calcium deposit on the steam unit that fits into the base. The steam unit has a couple of screws that hold the steam unit and casing together. Sorry about that.

Unfortunately, i do not have access to the User Manual to share the exact disassembly process, so a manual clean isnt something i can guide you through.

if your user manual doesnt have a disassembly guide, for cleaning, i would suggest calling the manufacturer for further instruction

Try simply spraying some CLR on it and let it sit. It should eventually dissolve the calcium buildup without disassembly.
