Grey/black horizontal lines makes phone look like lower resolution

My phone just had these grey/black thin horizontal lines appear on the screen out of nowhere. They cover the entirety of the screen and make it appear as though the resolution is lower. Early on I was able to turn screen off, then back on to get rid of them, but they would eventually appear again. Now, they are there even after I turn the device off and back on.

I haven’t done a hard reset as I need to back up my phone, but my old laptop has less memory than my phone. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Thanks in advance, Bronson

First you have to change the display and check. If on the case of iPhone 6 plus that might be the fault of touch drive ic simply rehot. May hope this may help you.

Eh, 6s varies quite a bit, probably just a bad display here.
