going mad from no results

so i inherited a LG 55 LW6500 Smart TV. tv worked fine from what i can remember 2 onths ago.

moved without dinging or dropping, life was good until i plugged it in- left side is white and the left side is a backlit white box the right is fine. unscrewing the back i see couple wires loose and a ribbon (that goes to figure), so i plug it all in and black screen with no text or images.

replaced T-con board and sent main board in for service, i just got today.

same . . . . HELP

@helpmeplease121 just to verify. You replaced the T-con board and had the main board repaired? You did check to make sure that you have this with every input? Do you see a menu or is that not visible as well? Post some images of what your screen shows. Adding images to an existing question
