Vizio E70-E3 LED-cracked screen underneath

Turned my tv on and I see a small round, bright impact star under the screen with cracks coming from it. Again, they are under the screen and only appear when I turn the TV on. Sound comes through but no picture and then the tv begins to reset over and over again. What do you all suggest to fix this (parts, costs, level of difficulty, etc). Thanks in advance.
