Can't delete from camera no permission

Trying to delete, get error msg saying can't delete - another app may be using them or you may not have permission to delete

Options

There may be a formatting issue. Put the SD card back into the camera and in settings choose "Format SD Card" THIS WILL DELETE ALL OF YOUR PICTURES
