How do I replace the airport?

Replacing the Airport card on the ibook models is very easy.

• If you have the iBook G3 clamshell the airport is under the keyboard which is easy to remove because there are no screws to be taken out. Follow this guide: iBook G3 Clamshell Airport Card Replacement
• If you have the iBook G3 12in white version then its almost the same procedure, the Airport is under the keyboard. Follow this guide: iBook G3 12" Or this guide for the 14in: iBook G3 14" Airport Card Replacement
• If you have the G4 12in follow this guide: iBook G4 12" 800 MHz-1.2 GHz AirPort Extreme Card Replacement Or for the 14in: iBook G4 14" 933 MHz-1.33 GHz AirPort Extreme Card Replacement

This is very easy to do again just remove the keyboard and Apple was nice enough to print instructions on how to do it, you will se the instructions once you remove the keyboard. I hope this helps, good luck!!
