Why my Logitech M210 mouse cannot move the cursor?

The mouse is well connected and can power on. It also can be clicked as i can use laptop mouse pad to navigate. However it cannot detect any movement i made on logitech mouse. Can anyone help me fix this please?

take it out[uninstall]---put it back in[reinstall]
