iPhone X I hear a cracke with the upper speaker?

I’m the only one who is having problem with iPhone X speaker ? In particular I hear a cracke with the upper speaker when I reproduce some songs on Apple music or the ringtones such as ’Apex’ and ‘bell tower’ around the 80% and full volume ? Thanks for the help.

Time to visit the Apple Store!

Apple has had issues with the main speaker unit in some older models, so far no one has had issues with the iPhone X.

But when chat with apple support said (This is actually an issue that we’ve received a few reports of, and have escalated to our engineering teams to investigate. Currently it has not yet been determined whether this is a software or hardware related issue, so we don’t yet have a resolution for this problem, but we should soon! That should be delivered shortly in an upcoming software update, or you’ll be notified that you’re eligible for a replacement program, usually by email.)
