My left analog stick has sunk in and won't work properly.

I have had this controller for a few years and it worked fine for at least one of those years but now the analog stick sunk inward and it doesn't work like it used to.

the Rainbow Triforce (Shawn) use these guides DualShock 3 to disassemble your controllwer. Then post a couple of good images of where you think the damage is and what has sunken in. Use this guide Adding images to an existing question for that so we can see what you see.

Try taking it apart and fixing it. This is Ifixit you know.

Just did this.. Pulled thumb cap off stuffed some aluminum foil in the hole and put back on
